I did an initial consult with Dr. Grosso and I loved and appreciated her patience and detail in explaining everything to me. Not only did she explain what needed to be done but she went so far as to explain why. Even with me not know all the dental terminology, she explained everything in a way that I could understand and even addressed the concerns I had from my previous orthodontic treatment. She made clear the time frame that I was to stay in braces once I started treatment with her and listened when I told her about my issues with the braces I currently have on. First impressions are so important and she really made a great one. Not to mention the staff. Everyone there is so pleasant! And when I visit somewhere for the first time, I don’t just pay attention to how they interact with me, I listen to how they interact with others as well. The way they spoke to everyone while I was there was so kind and professional, especially the kids. Which is why I plan to bring my daughter for treatment once I’m done!
Dr. Grosso’s office is amazing! My kiddos were not super excited to go, but it was the smoothest trip ever. After a rough start at a previous dentist’s office, my girls were treated like royalty and are ready for their next trip. First time visit and would definitely recommend! I was referred due to an issue with crowding and somewhat apprehensive. No need, as the entire process went great! All my options were explained and any questions I had were answered! Dr. Lindsay Grosso and the entire staff were great!
I went to Dr.Grosso as a child and made the mistake of taking my child to another practice. After a terrible experience I decided to switch my son over to Grosso Orthodontics. I should have never taken him anywhere else. Thankfully there was no long term damage done to his teeth! I highly recommend this office. They are all so sweet and actually care about their patients.
