WHAT IS THE RETAINER ASSURANCE PROGRAM?

The Retainer Assurance Program is an optional five-year program designed to protect your new smile after orthodontic treatment. It makes replacing clear retainers simple and affordable if they are lost or broken to help you maintain long-term results with peace of mind.

  • Unlimited clear retainer replacements for five years from the date your first retainer is ordered
  • One clear retainer included with each replacement
  • Coverage for lost or broken retainers
  • Easy and predictable costs for long-term retainer care

COST AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

The total cost of the Retainer Assurance Program is $550, which covers unlimited retainer replacements for five years. This fee may be paid in full or split into two payments with autopayment required. A $35 co-pay is required for each replacement retainer.

Program Terms:

  • The program is non-transferable and non-refundable

  • Payments must remain current to keep the program active

  • Coverage begins when your first retainer is ordered

CONDITIONS TO KEEP YOUR PROGRAM ACTIVE

To maintain eligibility for the Retainer Assurance Program, you must wear your retainers as instructed to prevent tooth movement. If your wisdom teeth have not been removed, a visit to an oral surgeon is recommended after braces or aligner treatment is complete. Retainer checkups may be scheduled for up to one year after treatment, with additional visits scheduled as needed.

If your teeth shift and additional orthodontic treatment is needed, we will schedule a consultation to review your options and associated costs.
